Media appearances

During my career thus far, I've had the opportunity to be interviewed for television, radio, print, and shorter videos. Below are a few examples.

Following my publication on morphological changes in Australian birds in Global Change Biology, I was invited on ABC News for a live TV interview.
Following my publication on shape-shifting animals, I was interviewed by the Australian Academy of Sciences who made a video about the topic:
I was interviewed on one of Sweden's top morning news shows during the lead up to COP26 about shape-shifting research:
The shape-shifting phenomenon was even covered by the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, with a humorous twist:
I was also interviewed for Artec 3D, who produce the 3D scanner I used to scan birds for my PhD (see Shape-shifting research).

Written pieces

I've also had the opportunity to write about my research myself, for outlets like The Conversation and the Austrian site Der Pragmaticus (note: these are in German, but translate quite well to English in Google).
